At The Gabhas, we aim to deliver your orders safely and within a reasonable timeframe. Please read our policy carefully before placing an order.


Shipping & Dispatch

  • All orders are shipped via Economy Shipping Service.
  • Orders are processed and dispatched within 7–10 business days.
  • No dispatches are made on Sundays or public holidays.
  • Once your order is shipped, you will receive tracking details via email.

Delivery Timeline

  • Delivery timelines may vary depending on your location and external factors.
  • Delays may occur due to:
    • Weather conditions
    • Logistics or courier issues

In such cases, The Gabhas is not responsible for delivery delays.


Shipping Address

  • Please ensure your shipping details are correct while placing the order.
  • Address changes are only possible before dispatch.
  • Once shipped, no changes can be made.

Order Tracking

  • You will receive:
    • Tracking Number
    • Courier Partner Details
  • You can track your order via the provided link.

🚫 Order Cancellation Policy

  • Once an order is placed, it cannot be canceled or modified.
  • Please review your order carefully before checkout.

🔁 Exchange Policy (No Return Policy)

  • We DO NOT offer returns under any circumstances.
  • We only provide size exchange.

Exchange Conditions:

  • Exchange requests must be raised within a reasonable time after delivery.
  • Exchange will be processed within 7–10 days.
  • Only size exchange is allowed:
    • ❌ Product/design cannot be changed
    • ❌ No refunds or returns
